About Us:

Credit G is a specialist debt collection company based in Croydon, Surrey. Established in 1998, our original concept was to provide a solution to the escalating problem of "written off" rent arrears. We have a particular interest in the needs of Housing Associations and Local Government Authorities, and we have developed a methodology that is specifically tailored to this market.

In addition to Social Housing, we have recently extended our services to accommodate private landlords, letting agencies, and utility providers. We have developed a highly specialized strategy in each of these areas. We offer our clients a unique service with proven results.

Credentials:

We undertake to conduct our business lawfully and comply with all relevant legislation. We are licensed under the Consumer Credit Act (1974) and we rigidly fulfill all requirements of the Data Protection Act (1984). We are also members of the Credit Services Association (CSA).
