Refunds & Cancellation.

We offer a 14 day cooling off period from the date the agreement is made in which all customers can cancel their agreement and receive a full refund of any administration fee received.

The date the agreement commences is the date in which they receive a Quality Control call entering into a verbal agreement us. All clients wishing to cancel their agreement must return the documentation pack within the 14 day cooling off period with a covering letter stating their intentions.

We also offer a full refund of any administration fees paid in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the clients order. We have 30 days as per the Distance Regulations to refund all administration fees.
