"I have been very satisfied with the performance of Credit G Ltd since Hyde Housing started using their services in 1999.

The Association has dealt with a number of debt collecting/tracing agents during the last 7 years and Credit G Ltd is one of the two companies we are still using. They provide monthly listings, outlining payments made by former tenants and also provide reports on requests if a particular case needs an update of the stage of collecting/tracing.

They are very easy to contact but since the instalment of there web site, I can gather information without having to contact them direct.

Although many tenants dispute their arrears, I have not received one complaint concerning the tactics used by Credit G.

We have had a steady increase in the recovery of Former Tenants arrears and Credit G have certainly played their part in this success.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Credit G Ltd as a reliable trustworthy organisation."
